The Doctor Morse affiliate program offers affiliates 10% commission on new customer sales and 3% commissions on existing customer sales.

Our program offers affiliates (individuals or businesses) the opportunity to promote products offered by the Doctor Morse brand in exchange for earning a 10% commission on new customer sales and 3% on existing customer sales.  

Here's how it typically works: 

• Joining the Program: Affiliates sign up for the affiliate program through the merchant's website. This involves providing necessary information and agreeing to the program's terms and conditions. 
• Receiving Affiliate Links: Upon approval, affiliates receive unique affiliate links and tracking codes. These links are used to track referrals and sales back to the affiliate. 
• Promotion and Marketing: Affiliates promote the merchant's products or services using their affiliate links. Promotion methods can include websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and more. 
• Tracking and Attribution: When a customer clicks on an affiliate's link and makes a purchase, the tracking system records this activity, attributing it to the specific affiliate. 
• Generating Sales: The affiliate's promotion efforts lead to potential customers visiting the merchant's website and making purchases. The tracking system ensures that the affiliate is credited for these sales. 
• Earning Commissions: Affiliates earn 3% and 10% commission on eligible sales. 
• Payment: After a 30-day period, the affiliate's earned commissions are calculated and approved. Payments are then processed and sent to the affiliate using the chosen payment method (PayPal, bank transfer). 
• Performance Tracking: Affiliates can usually access an affiliate dashboard or interface to track their performance. This includes information about clicks, conversions, commissions, and more. 
• Program Rules and Guidelines: Affiliates are expected to adhere to the program's rules and guidelines, which often include ethical marketing practices, content compliance, and appropriate use of promotional materials. 
• Continuous Promotion: Successful affiliates continue to promote products or services, analyze their marketing efforts, and refine their strategies to optimize their earnings.

You can find your unique affiliate link and coupon code on your Affiliate Dashboard once you are logged in. You are able to customize your coupon code and extension for your affiliate link.

You can customize your affiliate link and coupon code directly on your Affiliate Dashboard. Simply click “Edit” and save your changes. Be sure to update all locations where your affiliate link and coupon code are displayed!

Yes! You can call in and have one of our representatives apply this discount to your shipping.

Once logged in to your affiliate account, select the Settings option in the side menu. From there, select Payment to view your options to update your payment information. 

A W9 is required for United States Citizens only. A copy of a W9 will need to be kept on file in order to receive commission payouts.  

Once logged in to your affiliate account, select the Settings option in the side menu. From there, select Tax Information to view your options to update your tax information. If you encounter any trouble submitting your tax information, you can email a copy of your W9 directly to Jennifer at jenb@dmhhc.com.  

The W9 form should be updated each year, unless there are changes to your name, your business name, phone number or address, which would require an updated form as soon as possible.

We process commission payments once per month. The commissions period is a 30-day period starting at the beginning of the month. Commissions are reviewed on the 15th of the following month and will be scheduled for payout if the $25 minimum amount is met.

Please take care when entering your banking information for your selected payment method. If payment fails and we are unable to reach you to pay outstanding commissions for a period greater than 45 days, we must temporarily deactivate your account until we hear from you.

Our affiliate program offers the following secure and convenient payment options: 

• PayPal: Receive your earnings quickly and efficiently through PayPal. It's a widely used and trusted online payment platform, ensuring a seamless transfer of funds directly to your PayPal account. 

• Bank Transfer: Opt for a direct bank transfer to have your commissions deposited directly into your bank account. Bank transfers offer a secure and reliable way to receive your payments. 

Note for International Affiliates: There is a higher minimum payout threshold for bank transfers outside of the U.S. due to fees.

Please ensure that you have updated your payment details in your affiliate account to reflect your preferred method.  

As of May 15, 2023, store credit is no longer an available option to receive commissions. Any outstanding store credits prior to that date were issued to affiliates as a gift card. Yes, there are minimum and maximum payout thresholds for affiliate commissions. 

Minimum Payout: 

The minimum payout threshold has been set at $25 (USD). To be eligible for a payout, your commission earnings must reach or exceed this amount. Once your commissions reach the minimum threshold, a payout will be initiated and set as pending for the next payment cycle. 

Bank transfers outside the U.S. are subject to a higher minimum payout threshold of $200 USD due to fees placed on international transfers. PayPal is the alternative, which is not subject to the higher threshold for payout. 

Maximum Payout: 

The current maximum payout limit in our affiliate program is $1000. You can continue to earn unlimited commissions, and all qualifying earnings will be paid out accordingly. 

Your unique affiliate link will direct customers to our website. There is a code within the unique link that identifies it as your affiliate account.  

Cookies are set for 30 days, but your customers will need to accept cookies and have them enabled for proper tracking. Your commissions should display almost immediately on your affiliate dashboard, but it can take up to a few hours. If you have any concerns, please email info@dmhhc.com. 

To receive communication updates from us, including email announcements and important information regarding the affiliate program, please follow these steps: 

• Email Updates: We will periodically send updates to all affiliates to communicate changes or exciting promotional news. This is also how we will communicate important changes to the program.  
• Check Your Email Settings: Add this email address (no-reply@secomapp.com) to your email contacts or whitelist to ensure that our communications do not end up in your spam or junk folder. 
• Update Your Communication Preferences: We recommend turning on Notifications in your affiliate account and including no-reply@secomapp.com to your email address book.   
• Regularly Check the Affiliate Dashboard: Log in to your affiliate dashboard on a regular basis. You can easily view your performance metrics and commission information at a glance, and this keeps your account active.

As you know, affiliate links are a crucial component of tracking and attributing sales to your affiliate account. When customers use your unique affiliate link, our system can accurately identify and credit you for the sale. Unfortunately, if a customer completes a purchase without using your affiliate link, there is no way for us to trace the sale back to your account. 

To ensure that you receive credit for your referrals, we strongly encourage you to remind your audience to use your affiliate link and coupon code whenever they make a purchase from us. You can do this through clear and consistent communication on your website, social media channels, emails, and any other promotional platforms you use. 

We understand that this may be disappointing, but we believe that maintaining the integrity of our affiliate program is essential for all participants. We are constantly working to improve our affiliate program and provide you with the best possible experience. 

Deactivation of an affiliate account would be rare, but we want our affiliates to be aware of the reasons why an account would be deactivated.  

Reasons why an affiliate account would be deactivated include, but may not be limited to: 

• Account Inactivity: We want our affiliates to be active in the Doctor Morse community and with our brand! Logging in to your account and keeping your settings up to date are important to your success and that of the program. If your account has been inactive for greater than 180 days or the account email address is unverified, then the affilate account will be deactivated until we hear from you.
• Unethical Practices: Our affiliate program strictly prohibits any unethical practices such as spamming, false advertising, or any activity that could harm our brand's reputation. 
• Non-Compliance with Program Guidelines: Your account showed a pattern of non-compliance with our program's guidelines, which may include failure to use approved promotional materials, misrepresentation of offers, or inappropriate use of our brand assets. 

Account deactivation is necessary at times to maintain the integrity of our affiliate program and to ensure fair treatment to all affiliates who adhere to our guidelines. 

Accounts deactivated due to inactivity can be reinstated upon contacting our support team at info@dmhhc.com.  

Please note that the deactivation of an affiliate account due to non-compliance or unethical practices is final, and the individual will no longer be eligible to participate in our affiliate program or receive any associated benefits.

The following scenarios may lead to sales not being eligible for affiliate commissions: 

• Cancelled or Returned Orders: Commissions are typically granted on completed and verified orders. If a customer cancels or returns their order, the associated commission will be reversed accordingly. 
• Coupon Code Overrides: In some cases, customers may use coupon codes that override or replace the affiliate tracking. When this happens, the sale may no longer be attributed to your affiliate account. This is why we also encourage the use of the affiliate link in addition to coupon tracking. 
• Cookie Expiration: If a customer makes a purchase after the cookie tracking period has expired, the sale may not be credited to your affiliate account. 
• Direct Referrals: If a customer makes a purchase without using your affiliate link, the sale cannot be linked to your account, and no commission will be generated. 
• Breach of Affiliate Terms and Conditions: If any sales are associated with unethical practices or violate our affiliate program's terms and conditions, commissions may not be awarded. 
• Non-Retail Orders: Commissions are granted and completed on orders verified to be at Retail pricing and does not apply to special pricing levels associated with Alumni or Resale accounts.
